Service Agreements
Newport Mediation has built a robust organizational and financial strategy to ensure stability and secure its long-term future in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements of the Charities Act. We have since 2008 improved the platform to generate income to support our operations.
We now have Service agreements with various Social landlords and organsations in the South Wales area covering approximately 95,000 homes. We have developed a flexible approach to theses agreements that links to requirements of our partners to delivery of a quality service to their tenants or homeowners.
Each service agreement covers the following
- Staff and volunteer competence
- Procedures and timescales for dealing with referrals
- Feedback to partner
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Policies- Equal opportuties/ confidentiality
- Charging policy-invoicing and payments
