About mediation

in arguments and conflict to overcome their disagreements by having
support available to help them talk to the other person or people.
One of the simplest definitions of mediation
is - ‘A neutral third party helping other people with a dispute
to have a very difficult conversation.’
The disputants, not the mediator, decide
the terms of the agreement.
